Christianity...

Built on a myth

The Jesus story is based on several pagan myths, for example, walking on water, raising the dead, healing the sick, turning water into wine... all of these so-called miracles were said to have been performed by Persian, Egyptian, Greek, Indian and Roman 'gods' centuries before Jesus appeared on the scene.

Based on an imbecile

The original parts of the story, such as Jesus cursing a fig tree to death because of disobedience, or transferring a man's demons into two thousand pigs, and condemning most of humanity to an eternity burning in the fires of hell, they show that Jesus was a very sick man indeed. In fact, an imbecile.

Advanced by a misogynist

Saul  of Tarsus, known to Christians as Saint Paul, clearly had nothing but contempt for women, instructing them to remain silent and to serve their husbands as obedient slaves. It was he who claimed to have seen a 'vision' of the 'christ' and it was he who convinced Jews and gentiles to abandon their beliefs and to worship instead the mad messiah.

Adapted by forgers

Every book in the Bible has been tampered with, added to and distorted. Scholars recognise that nothing we have is as originally conceived. Not that we have any of the original text. What we have is twisted and mangled account of things that people wanted to believe and wanted later generations to believe.

Adopted by simpletons

Everybody back in Biblical times was a simpleton compared to modern ten year old school students. They knew nothing about science, nothing about astronomy, nothing about biology and nothing about geology. All they had were foolish theories about gods and gremlins and the price of fish. They were an easy prey for Bible pedlars.

Formalised by a murderer

The Emperor Constantine murdered his wife and his son and then had scribes select which books were to be included in the Bible and which were to be abandoned. His scribes hit upon the concept of the Holy Trinity - Father, Son and the Holy Ghost - and everything was set in motion. Anyone who disagreed with the new concept was either murdered on the spot or driven into the desert to die of thirst.

Embellished by fiends

Over the next thousand plus years scheming priests continued adding and subtracting to the Bible, altering it to match their particular view of life and to compel the masses to believe. Things like original sin, blood atonement, hellfire and eternal damnation were emphasisd with horrifying and devastating results.

Enforced by torturers

Non believers and people who didn't believe the 'correct' version of events were murdered in their hundreds of thousands. Heretics were tortured, witches were burned, hanged or drowned, children were forced to watch their parents and siblings being executed. This ghastly period of Christianity lasted from the fourth century right up to the beginning of the 20th century. Witches were still being burned at the stake in Mexico in the 1900s and even to this day in Africa children are being clubbed to death for being witches.

Split be an Executioner

Due to a falling out with the Vatican over his divorce from his first wife, Henry the 8th broke away from the Catholic Church. He formed what has come to be known as the Anglican or in America, the Episcopal Church. This split resulted in five hundred years of warfare and the deaths of more people than can possibly be calculated. In the 1940s Catholic Croations sawed the heads off countless Orthodox Serbs, one prison guard boasting that he could slit the throats of more than a thousand Serbs in one night. The Serbs responded by slaughtering thousands of Croats. Both Catholics and Protestants have God on their side.

Salvaged by Gangsters

Attempts were made by the Kings of Spain and France and various Italian popes to destroy Protestantism and reclaim the souls and the wealth of the converted but they failed. Murdering butchers like Oliver Cromwell invaded Ireland and stole land and gave it to good, dependable Protestants. The rape of Ireland caused massive resentment that simmers to this day but Christianity itself lived to fight another day.

Marketed as the Divine Truth

Evangelical preachers like Billy Graham recognised that vast wealth could be accrued by preaching the "Word of God" to the gullible masses. Billy Graham inspired dozens more skilled and crafty preachers to take Jesus to the masses. Jerry Fulwell, Pat Robertson, John Hagee, Benny Hinn, plus numerous other multi millionaires learned that you could easily con desperate, mentally defective people into donating their life saving to Jesus. All you had to do was promise them "salvation" and a cure for their lung cancer or ingrown toenails.

Christianity - The goose that lays the
golden egg and keeps on giving.
