"At present there does not exist any strong evidence that any abstinence program delays the initiation of sex, hastens the return to abstinence or reduces the number of sexual partners" among teenagers, the study concluded.
Kelly's Komment: Abstinence is an idea dreamed up by fucked-in-the-head godists who deny themselves sex for Jesus' sake but who secretly yearn for a good fuck. If they can stop other people having a good time then they don't feel quite so bad about missing out.
Some people fly planes into buildings to vent their rage and frustration while other people just form lobby groups and stuff.
